Louis has been in the financial services business since 1988 working for various insurance companies and investment firms as a financial advisor. He started his own firm in 2015 with an established client base he built over the years.

Financial Planning Fees: We charge an initial planning fee of $950.00 for our 2nd Opinion Service. We will provide ongoing support of the plan at no additional cost with a minimum investment amount of $500,000 with our firm. If a working client has most of their investable assets in company plans, we would continue to charge a negotiated financial planning fee until they could meet this minimum. Investment Fees: We charge an ongoing investment management fee to manage money as a percentage of assets which reduces based on our clients commitment.

We believe a financial plan in a hard copy format becomes obsolete shortly after its printed. We provide each client with their own planning website that we can collaborate on together to deliver ongoing advice in real time.

We provide a schedule for review appointments. These usually are in the spring and the fall. These meetings focus on retirement and estate planning plus an investment analysis. These can be done in person or by webinar. We have clients all over the country and we screen share quite frequently. In addition, we email timely information relating to markets or financial planning throughout the year.

Yes. We mostly see the need to review life insurance or long term care insurance needs based on our client demographics. In addition, we advise our clients on risk management techniques and will refer to outside agents for other personal insurance needs.

PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

We can be authorized to transfer money to and from your bank, or from another firm where you have accounts. We have limited trading authority for each fee based investment advisory account according to your level of risk tolerance.

We have a fiduciary responsibility managing fee based investment advisory accounts. This makes up most of our practice. The balance is commission based accounts that follow the SEC’s Regulation Best Interest rules.

We follow both LPL Financials and Private Advisor Groups privacy policy. These can be furnished at your request.
